What to include

For a question issue, include its identifier or page URL, a description and a supporting source when possible. For an account request, use the account email where possible; we may verify ownership. For a security issue, describe the affected function without accessing another person’s data.

Never send your password, verification codes, payment-card details, patient records or confidential exam material. Share only what is necessary to explain the request.

Expectations

This is a small independent project. Requests are reviewed through the mailbox; no live chat, emergency response or guaranteed instant turnaround is offered. Privacy and legal requests are handled according to applicable law and verification requirements.
